Wonton Soup

Wonton Soup
Just in time for Chinese New Year Celebrations - Feb. 3, 2011.
Year of the Rabbit

A little bit of extra work making your own chicken filled wontons with grocery bought wonton wrappers but once you make it, this recipe will be one that you go to again and again!. You'll find wonton wrappers in either the asian frozen foods section or the fresh noodles in the produce isle. This recipe has become a favourite because the broth is light and the wontons are made with ground chicken. Low calorie too!

Just add your photos, and journalling or anything else you want to add...it's up to you. You may choose to keep your photos chronological and highlight pictures from each month per layout, or by a theme. Read More...

Welcome to my first blog post of 2011! Another year of memories has passed and I look forward to a brand new year full of adventures, people and events! In honour of the new year, I have been working on a 2011 calendar that highlights cards and photos. There is nothing like receiving a crisp, blank calendar that is fun and functional. I wonder if others save their past calendars as I do? It's the best document of what happened in our life throughout the year. I find it is useful when scrap booking a page to recall a date or an event. Read More...
