Compose a Card 2

Here I am again... over at Becky's Blog, posting to her challenge of Compose a Card! This is her second week of her new challenge and I am having a great time...two for two! Did you hear she will be illustrating stamp sets for Papertrey Ink called {Studio 64}? The first one debuts in March! Congrats and thanks Becky, for your free image download of that cute little house scene! I used it to make a card for the Stamp Design Team Challenge and posted it previously on my blogaroonie!

This challenge asked for this recipe and I am loving the pop of color against the white base! No ribbon...just twine tied buttons! I used my favorite flower punches by Paper Shapers in the two matching sizes and an "inky" Vintage Picnic Sentiment from Papertrey Ink... love 'em! The recipe called for 5 scored lines @ 1/4", so I put a bit of a slant on that and made them diagonal! To add a bit of interest and texture, out came my tracing wheel and paper piercer.

Voila...finished! Have a great week girls!
Thanks for stopping by today, would love to hear from you!
