About the Creator

I think you’ve probably guessed by now that I do my best creative work in my laundry room. A large, bright room with my shelves of supplies which I admit is looking more like a store! Since childhood, my “thing” has been paper, glue and scissors. Making Christmas cards for friends and family was an annual event that I truly enjoyed and still do. About 12 years ago my best friend got me into scrap booking and my creativity took off towards family albums. But my love for card making got me back to what really excites me.
Santa brought me my first camera at the age of 10 and I have been interested in photography ever since. Although I have never taken any professional courses, I do take my camera out with me and experiment with light, angles and details. I love to take images of flowers, nature and landscapes.
Originally from the Okanagan, husband Al and I moved to the East Kootenay for 19 years where we raised our two wonderful sons. Now living back in the Okanagan, we are loving it! My main employment is with a school district but I also am a tour guide for a company driving tourists to the local wineries! My friends will tell you that I always have something on the go...I live my life full of adventures.
